All-Tech Decorating believes that combining youth with experience is essential to servicing our customers.  All-Tech retains long term employees that share their knowledge of the painting trade with well-trained apprentices that will be our talent of the future.

Our full time Safety Coordinator oversees our safety program that goes beyond the OSHA basics.  Safety is our #1 Priority.  Daily jobsite visits, ongoing safety seminars, and continuous safety training for the field, means lower risks, lower costs and a more productive project team.

Our Project Management Team provides leadership to maintain the stability and vitality of our estimating / sales department.  They work closely with management, support staff and field personnel to tackle challenging projects.  All-Tech Decorating believes in continuing education and supports internship programs from most colleges.  All-Tech supplies a range of talent to meet project demands, beginning with the bidding process and ending with successfully completed project.
