| At the beginning of the Chicago architectural boat tour, sits the unique exposed structural steel and curtain wall façade on the “Erie on the Park” condominiums. When rust started to bloom on the exposed structural steel, the owner’s sought after a system that would minimize their maintenance and a contractor which could be most cost effective all while minimizing inconvenience to building occupants. ATD was consulted and ultimately selected to perform the painting work and special rigging on over 28 stage drops with an air dry fluoropolymer coating system for ultimate protection from UV degradation. |
