Safety is one of the most important elements of the job.  All-Tech Decorating’s #1 priority is to keep all of our employees, co-workers and general public safe at every jobsite.  We have instilled a safety culture in our company, which has proven to be successful.  Our excellent safety record is a by product of our safety culture.

We employ a full-time Safety Coordinator and he has extensive safety training, including OSHA 500 Hour, CPR, and First Aid.  Our Safety Coordinator conducts regular safety training sessions for our field employees as well monthly safety orientation for new employees.  Our Safety Coordinator is available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.

In addition to our full-time safety coordinator, we have a completely voluntary Safety Committee comprised of owners, project managers, superintendents and field personnel.  This committee meets several times a year with efforts to improve on our safety program and policies.

Our field personnel conduct mandatory Monday morning Tool Box Talks.  Every field employee is required to attend the weekly Tool Box Talks.

Our field personnel participate in ongoing training in the ATD training room, or with the unions, including the OSHA 10 Hour Training.  Most of our foremen and all ATD supervisors have completed the OSHA 30 hour training.  Our Safety Coordinator and Management attend Zurich Safety Seminars so we are keenly aware and up to date with Safety in the construction field.

Our field personnel are trained, certified and licensed to operate swing stages, all types of scissor lifts and booms including articulating and straight stick.

Jobsite safety is extremely important to All-Tech Decorating.  We strive to give all of our employees the proper tools, training, and knowledge to work safely.  We are proud to provide a safe work environment for all of our employees.
