All-Tech Decorating has been in business for over 27 years. Don Steadman and David Helmer started the business in 1977 as Don and Dave’s Painting. Through hard work and dedication, the company quickly grew. In 1979, Don and Dave’s Painting became incorporated as All-Tech Decorating Company. All-Tech Decorating Company is synonymous with quality and is known throughout the construction industry. We are ‘Committed to Excellence’.
